In an industry driven by lightning-fast trends, Heba Shaikh rejects the status quo to embrace a philosophy rooted in sustainability, multiculturalism and conscious design. By combining these principles, Heba Shaikh advocates for a reconnection with nature and a deeper appreciation for the timeless artistry behind the garments we wear.

Hailing from Indian and Filipino heritage, Heba was born in Kuwait and raised in Dubai where she was exposed to a rich tapestry of cultures. Passionate about fashion as a child, she learned early on the significance of utilising clothing judiciously — repairing or repurposing as long as possible. Heba Shaikh's philosophy is based on the belief that fashion can be a force for good, inviting us to reconnect with our innate human nature and treasure pieces that will endure for years to come.

Heba is committed to using sustainable materials and practices in her designs. Through limited quantities, traceability and recognition of the contributions of farmers and factory workers, she aims to tell their stories and promote social and environmental responsibility with a slower pace and a more detail-oriented approach.
