Shipping

We are based in London, England, and all of our products are shipped in-house during business days using DHL with as minimal packaging as possible.

Free standard shipping within the UK. Shipping costs to countries outside the UK will be displayed before checkout.

DHL Standard: 3-7 business days
DHL Express: 1-4 business days

Shipping within EU countries 
DHL Standard: 3-7 business days
DHL Express: 1-4 business days

Shipping to US

Shipping to the rest of the world (outside of EU)

Customs

For international shipments, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. Please note that the costs of return are paid by the customer.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

Note that pilling is typically not considered a reason for a reclamation, as it is a natural effect caused by the wear of wool and cashmere products.

 you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.

While we do not currently offer an exchange service. If you want to exchange for another size, color or style, re-purchase the preferred item after a return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please ensure the following:

  • The garment is in its original packaging.
  • The garment is in perfect condition – it may not be worn, washed or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

HEBA SHAIKH reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.  

Return Process

For orders inside the UK, please follow the below instructions:

1. To organise a free return with DHL, please use the Prepaid DHL Returns label enclosed inside your order. 
2. Simply attach the label to the original packaging and contact your local DHL office to schedule a collection or return your order to your local DHL Depot.
3. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
4. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
5. Once the order has arrived, our the team will then check that the item is in its original condition.
6. This process typically takes 7-10 business days.
7. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. (Please note that funds can take 3-5 working days appear in the account of your original payment method).
8. You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL to ensure that they are protected during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Please note we are unable to accept liability for goods that are not returned using the prepaid DHL returns label enclosed with your order.

If you haven't received the return label with your order, please email info@hebashaikh.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

*Please note that if your item is not accepted, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

For orders outside the UK, simply email us at info@hebashaikh.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the quick process.
