Our business model
We are committed to helping women build a foundational collection to last decades. These pieces are carefully considered and offers timeless, classic pieces to encourage a slow living attitude, in harmony with nature.
We work with sustainable materials whilst looking closely into every element of the supply chain; from thread, to dyeing and chemical treatments, all the way through to what happens at the end of a garment’s life. In the interest of maintaining our brand values of sustainability, our garments are produced in limited quantities and are available by pre order from our website
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to any country that accepts DHL Express. Please note that we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation nor Ukraine.
Do I have to pay for my return?
We offer free returns to customers within the UK, all orders outside the UK are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, tracked means to return your order and retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude all shipping costs.
Please note items listed on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Where does Heba Shaikh ship from?
All orders are shipped in-house from London, United Kingdom. We use DHL goGreen to ship all orders.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
Before shipping your order, we inspect every item to make sure they are in top condition, but mistakes can happen during production and inspection. If your product is faulty, please contact Customer Care immediately and attach a picture of the faulty product.
My size is not available. Will you expand your size range at some point?
We would love to cater to all body types and this is definitely a big improvement goal for us.
The creation and launch of our first collection has been a challenging process. We have invested a lot of time and resources and have experienced a lot of delays due to the pandemic. We didn't have the capacity to invest in a diverse size range, but we want you to know that we are working on it.
