Refund policy

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund

To ensure you are eligible for a refund all original labels must be intact and attached to the garment. Items should be in their original packaging in a new and unused condition with all labels attached. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. 

REFUND FEE

A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. Please see the return fee for your country below.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hebashaikh.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

Gift orders placed are eligible for the same return policy as all other online orders. In order to process a return or exchange on a gift purchase, we must first locate the original transaction from the purchaser to determine eligibility. This can usually be done easily with the purchaser’s exact name, email address, or the order number itself.

Please note that gift returns for refund can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s)

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month period from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately.
